Yes, indeed, we’re forsaking our old “.wordpress.com” for our own domain. Ideally, this means our RSS feed will be localized there and we can quit updating this site and totally transition to that one as of tomorrow. Please bear with us through any glitches – and feel free to join us at our new site!
We’re taking some time off, so this episode is a medley of 12 clips from episodes we’ve done in the past year. If you’ve listened to us in that time – we appreciate it! And if you’re thinking about tuning in to us as your new year’s resolution, this is a great way to start! 😉
For our Christmas episode we went through Luke’s account of the nativity of our Lord and discussed the other birth narratives as well. During the Inquisition Thomas asked Pastor to talk about the Incarnation, then the two discussed possibilities for the actual time of year of Christ’s birth.
We pressed onward and looked at some of Ezekiel’s play-acting signs of Jerusalem’s imminent judgement. In the Inquisition Thomas responded to the accusation that “Christmas is pagan” and Pastor talked St. Nick’s origins and backstory.
